We stayed there for 2 days and we can't say enough good things . The front desk ( Jackie) was very helpful. It's nice to know that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE still exists. Jackie went out of her way to make our stay comfortable . The pool and hot tub were spotless , as was our room . We will be staying there every time we are in Buffalo. Thank you Jackie and all the super staff @ Sleep Inn.

The hotel was very clean. They even cleaned the room while we were out for the hockey game. It was nice to come back to a clean room. Breakfast was good and the area was constantly being cleaned by the staff.

Check in process took forever as only 1 person was working. However, she was very friendly. Pool area had no towels. Room smelled like smoke. Area around hotel was dilapidated. But you get what you pay for. Stay included free parking and breakfast and use of the warm pool and hot tub.
