I could not stay there ..looks like a facility for homeless people, elevator not working, dusty atmosphere, some funny looking people seen without shoes on. I was afraid I might be attacked if I stay there.

Lesson learned about reading the reviews before I book somewhere. The towels had not been changed. Someone has clearly wipes their face or hands on it as it has some sauce on it. No breakfast (which Expedia doesn’t care about) it’s apparently at the discretion of the property, and no working elevator. Which to me is false advertising but Expedia didn’t care. Sketchy place. Whoever owns this place should sell or give it away to someone who knows what they are doing. Oh and the police showed up for some other matter. Do NOT stay here.

Elevator has been broken for couple of days already, I asked for towels and pillows through phone, 3 hours later and still nothing. I went down stairs to ask where are the stuffs we asked just to know they don't have any.

My room had no heat, no tv, and no telephone. The light switches do nothing. In fairness, they are in the middle of property upgrades but no excuse for lack of heat.
