My family and l spent 3 nights at this resort. We were very pleased by ALL of the staff there! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The hotel its located in the main Zona Hotelera area of Cancun. There was so much to do at the resort. My 7 year old son had a blast participating in the many child friendly activities. This is an all inclusive resort, food and drinks included. The restaurants were amazing, they also have a very 24hr cafe/pastry. My favorite part was definetly the service tho!

Great . Mosty the people working there were amazing . . The location is perfect. The ambiance was very good . Azul restaurant was not good . The food was bad . The portions were too small . But we had many options that we only tried it once.

We had a wonderful week at the Wyndham Alltra. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent without exception and the choice of restaurants was large. The hotel was very clean, except for the occasional lapse in collecting dirty plates and cups from around the pool. We would have preferred no music, or at least quieter music by the pool.

Overall the property was nice, but not amazing. We’ve definitely stayed in some nicer places for similar money. The things that were great were the bunk bed room, water slides (although for kids only for some reason), beach taco bar, beach access and nightly shows. Not so good was the service in the restaurants, pools, lounge chair availability. Food was good enough but nothing to write home about. Overall we had a good experience, and would consider it as an option to come back but we will probably try a different hotel next time.
