I will be back.
I stayed at JW Marriott in Bukit Bintang, KL. I left two (original) mobile phone chargers in my room upon checking out and only realised it when I flew back home. I called the hotel (spoke with person name Joshua) and confirmed that it has been found. I arranged for the chargers to be picked up my sister who was staying in another hotel. Kudos to the staff for their honesty. And excellent service by Joshua.

Lovely city stay
I had a great honeymoon stay, staff were very attentive and provided a wonderful upgrade to a suite, I was so chuffed! Thank you for a great experience. The hotel is located in a great location opposite many restaurants and mall shops. Would recommend for a 1-2 night stay.

Room is too small
Hotel was modern and well furnished. My main issue was that the room wasn't as big in reality as there was a 'garden' which takes up quite a lot of space which you can't use. The bathroom is quite small too. The location is good but the rooms are too small for a couple or a family of 3. In future, I would stay elsewhere with bigger rooms
