I loved staying in a quasi-castle. Clean but somewhat tired looking, but I don’t need perfect. The price was great. Need to add to description that there’s a $150.00 deposit hold put on your credit card. The casino smells of smoke and triggered my allergies. Fun family hotel.

Did not like waiting 8 hours to check in. Some staff said I could have early check in - some staff said "no". Quiet room. Noisy at casino and restaurants on main floor. Short pool hours, closes at 9pm. Transportation was bad. Better to taxi or Uber each time. I prepaid and did not get service. Almost missed my flight. Best food was at Einstein Brothers Bagels.

I was at the property Monday through Thursday. Mostly quiet, especially in my room. Had to wait 8 hours to check in. Ask for early check in. Some staff said I could not. Some staff said I could. Food is EXPENSIVE and not good. Einstein Bagels in food court is good. Not many places to sit down and talk. Transportation was difficult, even prepaid. It would have been better to taxi or Uber as needed. Airport was not friendly, helpful or have enough signs.

I paid for the upgrade to fresh and wellness but my room had bed bugs, stains on the mirror in the bathroom. People were allowed to smoke in the lobby and casino area. So disgusting.
