If you’re used to staying in 5 Star accommodations, this is not the place to Stay. There were not a lot of food options in main dining area. The rooms could definitely use some updates. Some of the staff members were not that nice. The beach was nice.

Overall it was a good resort everything you needed was there. Food was very good. Everything was walking distance, staff very helpful and amazing.

This was our second stay at this resort. We had requested the same room we had last year but that didn’t happen and our room wasn’t ready by 3:00. However holiday inn went out of their way to make sure the room we did get was acceptable. The room we ended up with was excellent and we had a wonderful time. We will be back!!!!

Property is very nice, pool in the main area was a nice size, they have an adult pool with swim up bar. We had an issue with our door lock and they where fast on getting maintenance up to look at it, that was great!! The only thing i missed is that the workers are not friendly like at other resorts I've been to. I think the management should allow them to inter act with the guest.

I didn’t like the fact that you pay so much money to come to this resort and they overbooked so many people to stay there that there wasn’t any room to make reservations for dinner on top of that you go into this hotel, and you take these tours, and my cell phone was left on the bus and they did absolutely nothing to help me retrieve my cell phone even though when I tracked the location, it was saying that it was on the bus. The television does not work as well as the phones in the room so you can’t even call downstairs to make your dinner reservations you have to go down personally and even when they come to fix the television, they stopped working at about an hour till it was just a horrible experience I won’t go back to that resort again .
