The hotel room was very nice but we paid almost $600 and it was a standard room. Parking was $40 and valet was $60. Starbucks oat latte was $10.17?! Only restaurant on site was Morton's steak house. $60-$120 steaks. Just too expensive.

Did not make the trip due to flu and hospitalization. Requested a cancellation before deadline and it was denied with no refund ! Terrible experience with customer service team . Will not use hotels.com again
