House keep just neen to vacuum more on the surface of carpet. My son is allergic to cats and dogs because there were still animal hairs in the room. This caused my sons allergies to flare up. And when picked up my phone from falling nearly under the bed. I can clearly see gold wired pet hair. The vacuum when requested but it should have been done correctly prior. Overall, experience was good.

Good for the price, staff was friendly but clueless when it came to updates regarding the facility waterpark being closed. Call in advance. Atmosphere around kids pool area was great- but over by the “quiet side” nothing was open so walking to get anything became a trek. Paying for parking is silly- we ubered everywhere from here in feb 2024 and not one ride was more than 20 bucks except the airport which was $28. Great location thats for sure.
