What I like was it's a good walking distance from the Icon park and What I didn't like was coming in the hotel room and the bedroom sheet smell like someone was there and they haven't been change had a odor on pillow case and the bed both room and the tub wasn't clean all the way but other than that everything was Great.

Great location; poor hotel
The location is great if you plan to spend time on I-Drive. The hotel is run down. Lots of broke things in the room (I.e. door handles, furniture, bath hardware, drawers, etc). The floors were very dirty. There is only housekeeping available every third day even if you request it. The elevator doors stuck and the pool area had multiple safety cones up where there were hazards. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful motel with lots of space. Stayed in the 2 bed/2 bath suite with full kitchen. Lots of room. Very convenient to everything you need. Room facing Icon Park was a little loud until the park closed.

Musty smell in room, but cheap and good location.
Location was great and the price is right. We got a two bedroom suite for the family and it was laid out very well with good amenities. The room smelled musty and there was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom (see picture). We told the front desk and they promised to come clean and spray the room but they never did. The musty smell was there the whole stay. There's no room service so you need to ask for fresh towels when you want them. It was kind of funny because they always seemed surprised that we were asking. The first time we called the front desk and asked for towels to be sent up but they never were, so I went down there myself and asked for towels and the guy said "do you want them now?" Like I would come down to the front desk and want towels delivered later? Then everyday I would stop by the front desk and ask for towels and I always got the same question "Would you like them now?" I don't understand why they were confused about that.

The staff were lovely but the property did not meet out expectations! All rooms had a terrible, musty smell. 1st room - no heating, sink no draining 2nd room - heating not working 3rd room - not very clean with faulty doors. I would strongly check out another property as this place looks okay from the outside, but the rooms are very dated and not the cleanest…
