My Room was very clean and in perfect condition. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Location was awesome, and transportation to Universal was complimentary and always available. Only 2 complaints. To park in the parking garage cost an extra $19/night, which was not expected when I purchased my reservation. It would not have changed my decision to stay even if I would have known it in advance. Also, I helped an elderly couple find their room. When entering their room, there was someone's belongings in the room. That room had been double booked. That could have turned into a very bad situation if the other occupants would have been there. Overall, I give this Hotel a 10. I Loved it.

Should be more to do at the hotel besides the pool. There’s enough wasted space. Maybe characters in the lobby certain times of the day. Besides the convenience to the parks .. it’s kind of boring.

Big resort. Pools were beautiful with tons of lifeguards. Nice to have the Universal store inside the hotel. Starbucks inside the hotel was a nice bonus. The market was very convenient with tons of different options which was really nice to have on site. The free transportation to and from the Universal parks was amazing!! They ran very often and made it quick and easy to get to and from the parks. The rooms were clean with comfy beds. Check in was quick and painless. The staff member at check in was very knowledgeable about the parks and hours and gave a very good run down of the resort. The parking was good with outside parking and a parkade available. Having to use your room key to enter the parking and pool areas was a nice safety feature to have. The only downsides were it was extremely busy at all times. This is to be expected with a hotel that has over 2000 rooms. Also, the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors very clearly at night time as well as kids running above us and down the hall. This is to be expected with kids at Disney World who are excited so it didn’t bother us but may bother some people. Overall, we were happy with our week long stay at this resort and the price was reasonable. We’d stay again!

Nice getaway
It was a newer and beautiful resort. Universal resort with upscale dining experience. Food is good but pricey and parking fees not included. Overall good experience with a fast check in. The entire resort felt save and secure. A plus was the shuttle bus that ran to Universal all day and up till closing.
