The woman who checked us is was really nice and let us check in early around 11am since our cruise disembarked early. The room was decent but loud since we’re right next to a busy street and ants in the bathroom. The overnight person at the front desk was strange and kind of rude. I came down to get coffee from the fancy coffee machine in the lobby. The machine was dirty and the coffee came out like sludge. I went to the front desks and asked for extra coffee for the machine upstairs. He handed me 3 decaf coffees, which I thought was by mistake. I asked him for regular coffee instead and he rolled his eyes. Then went into the office to get more. He came back with 8 decaf packets. They were decaf as well. Not a big deal, I thought. I told him these are decaf as well. He literally said, “No ma’am they’re regular.” All were clearly labeled decaf. I mentioned how it clearly says it on the label and he kept insisting they were regular and that I should try it anyway. Weird but I didn’t make a fuss. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient but it was totally janky. The engine ratted the whole time and my 82 year old MIL got stuck in her seat when the seatbelt completely fell apart. She had to be broken out of it when we arrived at the airport. The van didn’t have any lights inside so I had to use my cellphone flashlight so he could see. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. The only plus was the proximity to the airport.
