Further from airport than advertised, shuttle took forever, restaurant was terrible, cleanliness barely OK. Pay the extra to stay onsite at the airport Fairmont.

Severely overpriced for what it has to offer. It is at approx 10 mins from the airport but located in a relatively ugly hood with nothing to do around. The hotel is outdated, elevators were not working, the whole property is not as clean as should be for the asked price. I would certainly avoid this hotel.

My husband and i love popping into Richmond for a weekend of good eats. Radisson is a perfect location from the train and to all the little eats. The staff are super friendly and the hotel is clean. I would give it 5 stars but the beds are not comfortable..our backs hurt.
