les chambres ont ete refaites a neuf durant le covid mais les fenetres restent le point faible avec une mauvaise isolation au bruit et au froid.

Nice hotel & staff - a mission to get there! 😫

Big negatives regarding the directions to get to the hotel by car around Cardiffs awful one way system - we probably got 2-3 tickets for being in the wrong lane as the sat nav is incorrect and the directions on the website are unclear. The hotel should flag this as a major issue in advance of anyone staying here. Even the staff apologised that this was a big problem - but needs sorting out. Food was ok.. but not spectacular for the price.

On check out I was charged for the room plus you have to pay £18 for the onsite parking which I had booked the same car park through a 3rd party app for less than half the cost. Its in a good location for the city centre. I would only book here again if there r=were no other options available.
