Convenience at a grest price

Rugby weekend stay

£10 taxi from hotel to train station, £5 return into Cardiff central, and easy to get a taxi back at 11pm.
Receptionists were really kind and lovely.
Hotel rooms were clean and tidy, fine for one night. Weird toilet/shower situation so wouldn’t want to stay here with friends.
Would consider staying here again for a cheaper option than Cardiff.

The staff have to be the best of the best. From checking in to checking out and everything in between. The staff were friendly professional and willing to go extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble and bonus is this IBIS unlike other budget IBIS has a kettle in the room. It’s the small touches that make the difference.

Budget with nice staff
Publié le 14 janv. 2024 sur HotelsIt is a budget hotel, so that would obviously be limiting a few things. The heating was broken, but they very kindly gave me a heater. It could’ve been a bit cleaner, a bit fresher, but it was comfortable warm and quiet and now my three main basic requirements. The software, particularly friendly and helpful.
