Highly recommend this hotel/pub.
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsA pleasant stay. Staff very friendly. Very clean and spacious room. Bottled water and plenty of condiments in the room. Located Central but hard to find 24 hr parking Drove around in circles trying to find somewhere. Did ring the hotel and was told there was parking around the corner so would be good if there was recommended parking given.

The noise from the bar below was unacceptable. The loud level of music, and the fire door banging went on until 2:00am in the morning. I would highly advise not to book this hotel if you are a light sleeper. I did report this to the management but they didn’t seem bother about the complaint or feedback.

Hi JenniferWe do feel that your comment is unfair, as we were very concerned with your feed back, especially as we were sure to get back to you and look into the noise complaint, and even offered discount off future stay's as you did say that all of the other aspect of your stay was pleasing.However after looking back over CCTV and seeing that all customers had left by 1am we felt that the noises coming from outside were out of our control and that is why we refused to refund your stay.One of the issues you stated to us personally was that if you had been aware that we were a free house then you wouldn't have stayed. We do not attempt to hide our facilities and very proudly advertise that we are Town Centre Pub Hotel.
