The stay was horrible the breakfast area was unclean. Kids were everywhere not monitored during breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable the microwave plate was missing. The hotel was noisy the elevator that was close had been out for months. It smelled old and the carpet was nasty. i hurt my foot on the cracked tub. changed rooms and the tub waa still cracked carpet stunk. The breakfast was cheap cold and the fruit was slimy kids were touching and breathing all over the muffins before getting one. This was a horrible experience i would not recommend staying here unless you dont care and looking for a quick place to sleep. Dont know what type of detergent was used to clean the bedding but it had me itching for the 3 days i was there. house keeping were rude and not in uniform as if they came off the street. Would not stay here again needs an upgrade. i saw trash that was supposed to be taken out piled up fans cooling the cooling systems just no.

Hello Tennille! We appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. However, there are some inaccurate statements within your review! I would like to start with the breakfast area, our wonderful staff try their hardest to keep the area as clean as possible during breakfast hours. However, due to the high volume of guests, it is difficult to get to every section of the breakfast room quickly! Next the elevator! Our elevator has not been out for months as it just went out during the storm last Sunday the thunderstorm. We do apologize for the inconvenience however the property is equipped with two elevators! The fans are not intended for cooling purposes as all of our HVAC units are in working order, the fans are to keep the air flowing around in the large lobby/breakfast area to keep it fresh! We take great pride in our cleanliness. We would have loved to hear this feedback during your stay so we could have resolved all of these issues immediately!

This was a quiet property that seemed remote, but was very near the interstate with easy access to it. The property was clean and the pool and continental breakfast was wonderful. The hot tub is and has been out of commission which was a disappointment, but that's okay. Beds were comfortable, the pillows seemed a little too flat, though. Room was very clean.

This was by far the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had. First off, they claim they are covid compliant and keeping guest and staff safe. Not one guest wore a mask, they were walking around without masks freely even in area where there were signs to wear a mask. Management did nothing. The jacuzzi tub had one jet that worked so we didn't bother to use it. Then at 1am while my family was sleeping, I get a call from the front desk asking if I was using the hot tub. I told her we were sleeping and no one was using it. She said water was leaking to the 2nd and first floor then apologized and hung up. I booked the room trying to find a safe get away and it turned into a bad experience that I regret.
