Worst hotel in the history of man

helloHi, thank you for your response. I think there's been a misunderstanding. May I ask if the reservation you mentioned is for two gentlemen, check-in on March 1st and check-out on March 3rd? Mr. James and Mr. Steve. Because I only found their orders from this platform. After checking in on March 1, the two gentlemen settled in and went out to find a restaurant, as the town's a la carte restaurants and pubs were closed that day, and when they returned they said they would check out and find another hotel. I also said I was sorry and told them that according to the hotel policy, one night's room fee would be charged, so they should contact the Expedia to refund the second night's room fee. I also operated their order check-out in the system. Refunds do require customers to contact the Expedia platform themselves and they will process the refund. Is this the order for these two gentlemen? If yes, please contact the platform, as we fully agree to refund the second night for both gentlemen.Thanks for understanding

Little gem hotel

Had heating, TV, lovely comfy bed, small bathroom with shower, toilet & sink. Nice surprise at breakfast with hot English breakfast along with continental meats plus cereals & pastries, also proper coffee. Location great being on the town high street. Old wooden beams on ground floor along with breakfast area giving off 16th century couch house vibes.

Clean room with tea and coffee facilities. The simple breakfast was enough for us and not over facing. Had a curry at the local Indian in the village .

Ingen parkering ledig även om receptionen sa att det skulle finnas. Rörigt i lokalen, bra frukost personal.

The Crown Hotel.
