The furniture is quite new and the breakfast is the best compared with other hotel. Nice to have many value for money Chinese market right next to the hotel. But that is not the reason to have no complementary water.

Amazing!

Excellent staff!!!! They really added a special touch to our stay, just a little personal note and biscotti at the end of our stay was so sweet! Perfect location! Amazing breakfast! And soooo clean! I would definitely stay there again!!

The breakfast is absolutely WONDERFUL! The front desk staff is so very helpful day or night. We arrived late in the evening due to flight delays. Lorenzo was so informative, considerate, efficient, patient, and helpful. The selection and quality of breakfast items is 5-star! Our room was exactly as expected and so very clean. Wonderful maid/cleaning service, too! I would stay here again and again. The location is perfect—very walkable to little markets, the Duomo, the museums, restaurants, and shopping. The staff makes everything as perfect as possible!
