Excellent choice for location and food
The food at both breakfast and evening meal were excellent, and the staff could not have been any more helpful or pleasant. Fred parking onsite and just a 10 minute walk (slightly uphill) to the castle and the lovely town centre. The bedroom was clean although the bathroom could have done with a slight refurb.

Lovely hotel with plenty of free parking located 5-10 minute walk from town centre albeit no lighting on a short stretch leading to the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous

Great Visit.
Loved our stay. Great Family staff and superb food. Will go back anytime. Very convenient position for the town and very quiet at night. On one of our nights, the local male voice choir had a belated Christmas dinner, and afterwards sang in the dining room. Great evening.
