Playa Los Arcos is a traditional hotel with great staff, a wonderful beachfront location and the amenities of a grand dame hotel in Old Town Vallarta. I would have rated it higher, but for its inability to provide the promised daily supply of bottled water, and the sometimes tepid hot water from the bathroom faucet.

Great location, wonderful staff-front desk, housekeeping, waiters, bartenders , spa & beach personnel all responsive & warm. Pool very fun.

Perfect location, friendly staffs, a bit outdated but still okay! The buffet was excellent & amazing view!! Highly recommend!
