I got a suite and expected more then a couch and lamp in a room. Very un inviting. Not worth the extra money

Good Hotel with some issues

I stay at the holiday Inn a lot when in Sudbury. It is a good place to stay but on this trip the room was a little less than perfect. It was all little things, but it added up to a 3-star review. The outlet near the bed was emitting a high-pitched sound that was loud enough to hear while in bed. The outlets were so loose that things would not stay plugged in. The outlet near the desk did not work so I had to plug in my computer further away. The lamp shade was damaged. In the shower the rack was falling off same with the towel hook. Just little things that can be fixed quickly. I would stay here again. Staff were excellent!

All good but the washroom shower wasn’t as clean as it should have and sink ! And shower door did not have a guard as water leaked a bit on floor and toilet paper holder is stripped and crooked!

The staff was extremely nice and friendly, so professional and the hotel and rooms are beautiful

Nice and quite. Room was big and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Walkable distance to everything i needed.
