Decent hotel at good price

Hotel was good, convenient for our stay in Swansea visiting family. Location is a little noisy as it is next to a main dual carriageway into the city.

Hôtel agréable. Bonne insonorisation phonique. Chambre et salle de bains très propres. Petit déjeuner copieux varié pour un prix très raisonnable.

trop éloigné du centre

Hotel trop éloigné du centre : 35 mn de marche pour aller dans les docks face au centre ville & 40mn de marche pour le " bus terminal " qui est en plein coeur de ville.Pas d'ordinateur à disposition alors que ns en avons eu partout ailleurs dans d'autres hôtels de la chaine Ibis.Personnel un peu froid à l'exception d'une jeune fille très souriante & chaleureuse qui ns a fait plaisir en nous parlant un peu français alors que ns parlons anglais.

Check in was quick and the room was as described. The hotel is a little way out from the centre, but you should be aware of this if you are booking this place. The SweetRooms are worth paying the extra for as the ordinary rooms are really basic. The hotel is really due for a refurbishment and this can be seen in the general condition of the rooms. However, it is clean and does the job when there is availability at a good price.

Just SO good!!!

We only stayed fr one night but everything was just SO good - except for the weather!
