Had an outstanding stay at the Magnolia for our engagement celebration! All staff members were incredibly kind and helpful, from front desk, to valet, to housekeeping. Special shout-out to Natalie who checked us in and offered a room upgrade and complimentary sparkling wine. She also gave us a thorough introduction to Downtown Victoria and gave us a few ideas for activities to do and restaurants to visit. The prime location of the hotel meant we were able to walk to all of our destinations within 10-15mins. 11/10 stay, we will be back!
