Throughout our history of hotel stays, the Holiday Inn has consistently been our preferred choice. We have frequented various locations within the city, and our experiences have always been favorable, until our most recent visit. To say that our last day was an absolute nightmare would be an understatement. Unbelievably, a birthday celebration was taking place on the second floor, precisely where our room was situated. The children in attendance exhibited a complete disregard for proper decorum, as they were boisterous, impolite, and entirely unresponsive to both the hotel staff and anyone who requested their cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment. The resulting lack of sleep left us utterly defeated and emotionally drained.

There was no parking at all available every night that I stayed. We were four people in a room with only two towels. We asked the front desk to give us some towels they end up giving us pool towels. Staff is not very helpful nor very friendly but they’re doing an OK job.

Brutal front desk service
The hotel itself was a comfortable stay, however when I called asking about a shuttle I was told that they didn’t start until 6 pm. I arrived by cab to meet people getting out of their shuttle. That night I called to ask about when the shuttle would start and I was hung up on by the front desk without a hello. That repeated one more time before I walked down to the front desk and for some reason had to pry out of the worker when the shuttles were. I can’t help but feel like I was disregarded for asking questions.
