I don't understand the inconsistency of the "damage deposits" some locations charge nothing others $100 and some more than $200 it's very frustrating

The first night was in a king room with kitchenette, the noise from the electrical room adjacent made for a terrible night of no sleep. The following day the shower dismantled and fell on me. Our room was switched with a significant downgrade to a room with two queens, no kitchenette, a window that doesnt close (its -20°c in a snow storm) and the room fills with car exhaust as people watm their cars. It was a terrible stay. 10/10 do not recommend
