Amazing resort. We loved the all inclusive. We had the garden room with a spa tub and lovely rainfall shower. The staff was helpful, the food delicious and the swim up bars were fun even for non-alcoholic drinks. We were able to get dinner reservations each night. We took three excursions off site and then enjoyed downtime.

Not user friendly. Was not informed in advance of 72 hour reservation to restaurant requirements. Not much for entertainment being advertised. Cart for transporting people around the grounds was not very clear as to times for pick up etc

This property has many options for eating and relaxing. Lots of pools and the beach is great! The dinner options are great- just have to book 2 days ahead on the app which is very easy to use. The food is good- we wished it was a little more spicy. Guac was everywhere and delish. The staff works very hard to get what you want. They are doing their best to serve you! There were lots of kids around so if you want adults only you should stay in the platinum area. It is supposed to be nonsmoking but people did smoke wherever they wanted so that was a little frustrating- but the staff isn't there to patrol smoking. We really enjoyed staying here so if you want a big resort with many choices this is it. Check in and out is right by a bar so if you have a wait, go get a Miami Vice. Relax, grab a drink and remember you're in Mexico so enjoy!
