I’ve stayed here many times before and had great service from the front desk but I can’t say the same this time. I parked underground because I know the parking location and expected to pay $24 with the indigo lot just like every other time I stayed and for some reason now it was $50 over night and it was NOT valet parking. The front desk was so rude in communicating this. We’re not even willing to listen to the fact that i’ve parked underground for $24 before. Definitely time to check out the surrounding hotels and hope they aren’t lacking customer service and understanding.

Solid choice for downtown location
Overall good hotel in a convenient downtown location. I wish the lighting was brighter in the bathroom and they don’t offer slippers which was inconvenient during winter stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.
