How is this hotel so affordable? Oh my gosh, I stayed at a different hotel (hotel mai) just a few days ago and paid so much more for much less! Yet, this hotel is simply amazing. The rates are incredibly low considering the quality they offer. I decided to upgrade to get lounge access, and let me tell you, the other hotel didn't even come close to offering that. Their lounge serves a fantastic continental breakfast with a variety of pre-packaged options, and their coffee selection is simply divine, surpassing even Starbucks with its 30 different choices. Plus, they provide sparkling water and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. The evening snacks were an absolute delight, with such a wide selection to choose from. The lounge itself was cozy and inviting, and although the room was on the smaller side, it was beautifully renovated and had a modern feel to it. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Don't bother looking elsewhere, just book here—you won't regret it!

Jay was amazing her was attentive, funny, and fast. Rooms are new and modern and the $20 upgrade is cheap and way worth it. I paid around $185 after upgrade and the room and still would pay even if it was priced higher. The parking is cash only though and is offsite. Also there is NO AC but it mentions it prior and in addition i got 5 emails reminding me 11/10 stay.

The property is beautiful - i am a local to california itself and boy have i never seen this hotel. This is a true gem if one of the best hotel(s) in long beach. The hotel is beautifuly decorated and has outstanding customer service such that - there service would be equivalent to many 5 star hotels in beverly hills or new port beach that i have stayed at. The hotels truly lives up to its expectations - note the rooms are small around 200 sq ft but plenty if you not spending entire day in room and ther modern home away from home atmosphere looks good. Also the front desk told me they will have a revive lounge opening in April for guest who book there revive room types so i suggest to check that out when it opens

The Staff are Excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. There is very limited if no parking at the hotel. The location is close by car (5min or less) to many restaurants, grocery stores, Convention Centre, Queen Mary, small boardwalk and Long Beach. The rooms are neat and clean...I guess you get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable, rooms were ok for space, bathrooms were a little tight and stuffy, no exhaust fan. Coffe maker and small fridge in the room is handy. No views from your windows. Parking is extra $20 per day and you have to walk a block to another Hotel's parking space, which is fairly secure. Had to pay an extra $20 per night to get a refurbished room. So I spent $200/night instead of $160 per night...hotel did refunded me $40. The Hotel is ok compared to others in the area, probably fair value.

The hotel is new! This is not a Marriott or upscale hotel but a business type hotel good for 1-2 people for business. Modern new rooms and that’s it
