Upon arriving & checking in Aurelio was fantastic; he was easy to communicate with & quite attentive. I mentioned my birthday & he immediately waived the parking fee for entire stay & graciously after we entered our room appeared at the door with a beautifully decorated chocolate cake in celebration of my special day! I truly appreciate the entire front desk staff throughout the entire stay as well as the housekeeping staff. Everything was wonderful & fully exceeded my expectation! Thank you EB & I’ll see you again very soon😊
