The oakes had a plumbing issue so i dudnt even get to stay there. Instead, they transferred me to the hilton. My stay at the hilton was good except for 1 day when we had to wait about 1 hour for an elevator to get us from the 32nd floor where our suite was. I found that very inconvenient.

Be careful when you book the Oaks. It is owned by the Hilton and they will switch you to the Hilton after you book telling you it's a similar view and room. It is not. The Hilton is behind the Casino tower that has an 11 storey sign blaring into your room window and does not have a view of the Canadian falls. It's a really bad bait and switch scheme. Book with another hotel chain.
